So yearh, this is the finished result of 'the big project' I refered to on my last journal n.n;; It has taken me like FOREVER to finish, but I'm really really happy with the result T_T I feel like I really challenged myself and that the result became quite good n.n; Sure it has some flaws, every drawing has that, but they're not even so big that I wanna mention them xD;; that, and my arms hurts too much >__>;; I had a REALLY great time at this years svs-con, but since I got home my arms has hurt more than they have in like the last two month and I've been feeling really sick... my stomach and chest just really hurts and I just lie around T_T gah... and this was supposed to be my 'good' week, meaning that I'm not getting any chemo this one...
Oh, and I got some pictures from svs-con and I also got pictures from our Code Geass photoshoot n.n I can't wait to upload some of those, but I'll have to wait until I can sit by the computer for more than 10 minutes without being afraid I'm going to faint or throw up, so I can photoshop the pictures X.x but they're on their way now n.n;; *cough*
But now, back to the drawing. It's my original chars, from my original story, 'The Legend'. In the middle, at the bottom - Mira, the main character. To her right is Rachel in the blue outfit and above her is Shue with the brown hair. To Mira's left is Megan with the red hair, and Kaiwa with dark hair (also the only guy xD;; ). In the top is Tyrenda, and it's also her eyes in the background. I'm not sure how I caught the age difference... I would like if you would tell me, who you think look like the oldest, not including Tyrenda? T_T it's not a big age difference, around 5-10 years, but still... n.n;;
I love it *A* I already had a sneak-peak but it's nice to see it full size. I love the layout and the colouring is great, too ;A; I simply MUST fav this and put it on my featured next time I update my journal. Accoring to your comment on your newest drawing, it's never about getting many comments. Remember that ^^

Thanks lloyd x3 And about the 'many comments' - I know that, I guess it came out quite bitchy when I wrote it, it's just that I had hoped for more than one comment and 5 faves (which is what I had at that time T_T). You can't begin to imagine how long I've used on that drawing, so I'm pretty proud... I don't draw for the sake of getting comments, omg o.o;; then I would probably have stopped drawing xD; I totally draw for my own sake... but, well, yearh... I was just a bit dis appointed at the moment n.n;; Have a nice weekend with looooots of sunshine!!! QwQ

"Omg, this is so intens! - one side of my butt is totally asleep and the other side has no idea!!"
I think a 'HOLY MOTHER OF CARPFACES' rings justified even if I have no idea who would consecrate the faces of carps.
It's beautiful. It's friggin' BREATHTAKING. The hands have poses I know to be difficult and it's handled with such casual ease, the colouring looks lush and filling somehow and the background just leaves me wishing I had a vocabulary able to justify it. Since I don't, I'll simply say 'wibble' in an awestruck voice.
Oh, and Mira's hair, the way it flows... It's beautiful. Just beautiful. I had been meaning to check in on that project, but I never thought... Whatever time it took you, through everything you've been through, the time you took was worth it. If I could figure out where the goddamn fave button was at I'd add it.
*Scrolls up to check the drawing again and loses track for a few minutes*
... Okay, I'm done. Sorry for ranting you over.

I can't say who's the oldest, though. They all just look generic young to me (sorry). This is probably not what you'd like to hear, but all your faces look sort of the same here, making it very hard to see any age differences. Maybe you should consider making some more extreme differences to their facial structures. Like: Very different facial shapes, eye shapes, nose shapes and so on (I won't say lips since you don't seem to make that in your style. *S*). Young people tend to have a little more round faces than they will have then they get older. People above 30 starts to have visual wrinkles and so on. I know it's probably a bit annoying to hear this, but you should try this test for your female characters: [link] - Make it without skin colours to truly test it. If people can't see which is which you probably should develop their individual facial/body traits some more.
If you don't feel like redesigning pretty much your entire drawing style feel free to ignore everything is just said. Anime/manga style is pretty much infamous for generic faces that all looks the same. And often there's not much body difference on the main characters either. Of course, western animation can be just as bad. Try telling the females in the Batman cartoon apart if you take away their costumes and hair.
